Range of Options

We offer a range of options to meet your needs.

Options

Ideal for 1-2 people. This will provide you with 2.5lbs of meat per week, for a year. This is about 125lbs of beef in total. This should fit in the top portion of a standup freezer.

A Front or Hind Quarter Specified by You

1/4 Cow

The choice for a family of 4 or 5 and is about 5 pounds of beef per week or 250 pounds per year. This will take up most of a smaller chest freezer or all of a large stand up freezer.

The Front or Hind Half, Your Choice

1/2 Cow

For large families or a few small families to split up, this is the best option. This is about 500 pounds of beef for the year which breaks down to about 10 pounds per week. This will fill a lot of freezer space across two decent sized freezers.

This is the most cost effective option

How It Works

Step 3

Finally, after you have been notified that your beef is ready, the wait will finally be over and it is time to pick up your beef or we can deliver it to you for a small fee! Then you can start eating healthier and know where it came from!

Step 2

After this we will notify you when your beef has been delivered to the butcher and what day it should be available from the butcher for pickup (this is noramlly about a 2 week period). Now would be a great time to make sure that you have your freezer(s) ready to be filled.

Step 1

Call and reserve your beef. A $100 deposit is required for all orders and after this we will reach out to confirm your order and let you know of the date your beef will be delivered to the butcher.
